biglab.consulting provides business strategy consulting, marketing consulting. Specific terms and conditions relating to individual consulting engagements will be detailed in separate written agreements (e.g., Statements of Work, Consulting Agreements).

3. Use of the Site

• You agree to use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Site.
• You may not use the Site to:
  • Upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.

  • Upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” “pyramid schemes,” or any other form of solicitation.
  • Upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers or networks connected to the Site, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Site.
  • Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law.

4. Intellectual Property

• The Site and its original content (including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, images, software, and code) are owned by biglab.consulting and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
• You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, or otherwise use any of the content on the Site without our prior written consent.

5. Consulting Services Agreements

These Terms govern your use of the Site. The provision of consulting services is governed by separate written agreements between you and biglab.consulting. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a consulting services agreement, the terms of the consulting services agreement shall prevail.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site or services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall biglab.consulting be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the site or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using the site or services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.

13. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and biglab.consulting relating to your use of the Site and Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and biglab.consulting with respect to the Site and Services.
